1. Seller

2. Orders

Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. When you place an order you receive an automatic confirmation by email; the contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable we will contact you and refund any amount paid.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include 19% VAT. We accept: card (Visa, Mastercard and others, through Viva's secure payment page, including Apple Pay and Google Pay), cash on delivery (a cash-on-delivery fee is shown at checkout before you order) and, for orders collected from our warehouse, payment on collection. We reserve the right to cancel orders with an obvious pricing error and refund you in full.

Vouchers. Voucher codes give the benefit shown on them (a percentage or fixed amount off, or free delivery) and apply to the price of the products, before delivery and cash-on-delivery fees. Only one voucher can be used per order. Each voucher shows where it can be used: in this eshop, on CONCREX services (for example a VUBA installation, where you quote the code when booking and we deduct it from the quote), or both. Unless stated otherwise a voucher can be used once, is linked to the email it was sent to, and is valid until the date shown. Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not refunded if unused. If you return goods bought with a voucher, we refund the amount you actually paid; a voucher used on a cancelled order becomes usable again if it is still valid. A reward voucher issued for an order may be cancelled if that order is withdrawn or returned.

4. Delivery

We deliver all over Cyprus, usually within 1–3 working days. Delivery is free for orders of €100.00 or more; otherwise the delivery fee is shown at checkout. Please check the package on delivery and tell us about any visible damage within 48 hours.

Pickup. You can also choose free collection from our warehouse in Deftera, Nicosia. We will contact you when your order is ready; please bring your order number. Orders not collected within 14 days of our notice may be cancelled and any amount paid refunded.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, Cyprus Law 133(I)/2013). To do so, tell us clearly by email (you may use the form below) and return the goods within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original packaging. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method; we may wait until we receive the goods back. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods.

6. Guarantee

All products have the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery under EU and Cyprus consumer law, in addition to any INGCO manufacturer warranty. If a product is faulty, contact us with your order number and a photo or description of the fault; we will repair, replace or refund as the law provides.

7. Personal data

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Complaints and governing law

Please contact us first at concrex@concrex-con.com; we aim to resolve every complaint quickly. You may also contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service (www.consumer.gov.cy) or an approved alternative dispute resolution body. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus; this does not remove the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
